1. About Founder Battles

Founder Battles is a startup discovery platform where users can create profiles, submit startup ideas, browse ideas, vote in battles, follow users and interact with content on the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You must not create misleading, harmful or unlawful content, impersonate others, or misuse the platform.

3. Startup Ideas & Content

You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. By posting content on Founder Battles, you give us permission to display that content on the platform.

We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, spammy, misleading, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users.

4. Voting & Rankings

Battles, votes, rankings and leaderboards are for entertainment, discovery and community engagement. They do not represent investment advice, financial advice, or official endorsement of any startup.

5. Founder Pro

Founder Pro is a paid membership that may unlock additional features such as enhanced visibility, premium tools, profile benefits, dashboards or other founder features.

Founder Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, your premium access will usually remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Founder Battles does not store your full card details.

6. Refunds

Unless required by law, payments for Founder Pro are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If there is a billing issue, contact us and we will review it fairly.

7. No Investment Advice

Founder Battles is not an investment platform. Content on the site should not be treated as financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Founder Battles available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, removed or improved over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Founder Battles is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on user-submitted ideas, temporary downtime, third-party services, or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Founder Battles develops. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
